Using Roki

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use Roki only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and the policies of any platforms you connect.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content Roki generates and publishes to your sites. You are responsible for reviewing content before or after it is published.

You grant us the permissions necessary to generate, store, and publish content on your behalf as part of providing the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day free trial period during which you can fully evaluate our TryRoki AI service. This trial period allows you to assess the quality and suitability of our content generation and growth features before committing to a paid subscription.

Subscriptions to TryRoki AI are recurring, and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your TryRoki account. If you wish to downgrade your account before your next payment date, please log in and navigate to Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew, and you will not be charged again.

Due to the operational costs associated with external APIs and AI services, we do not offer refunds after the 3-day trial period has ended. By continuing to use the service after the trial period, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

In exceptional cases — such as if you encounter a bug or error in our product/service, or if the service is not as advertised — you may request a review for a refund. To initiate this process, please schedule a call with our support team at seo@tryroki.com. During this call, you will be asked to demonstrate the issue so we can address and resolve it promptly. This policy ensures we maintain our high product standards and provide the best experience possible.

Acceptable use

You may not use Roki to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to violate the rights of others.

Disclaimers and liability

Roki is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
